Letter from MUSC's Trident United Way chair Dear Colleague,  As a member of the MUSC/UMA/Carolina Family Care family, you are a tremendous asset and are part of providing something important...health and healing, education and care. Thank you for all you do to make our community a better place to live!  There are individuals who need us so that they too can become assets and contributing members of our community. Some are challenged physically or mentally; some are without education and direction; others are without food, shelter and safety. These individuals deserve the opportunity to become self sufficient, develop their potential, enjoy health and safety and be responsible citizens in community life. Trident United Way (TUW) provides opportunities for these individuals.  Please join me and your fellow employees in making a contribution to TUW. Now employing more than 10,000 employees in the Lowcountry, MUSC/UMA/CFC has a tremendous impact on TUW’s community campaign and the vital programs it supports.  Our goal this year is $235,000!
