Annual costume contests to be held Oct. 31

Do you want to have a ghouling time dressing up as a monster?  Join MUSC's Dietary Department in the annual Costume Contest. The contests will be held in the MUSC cafeteria.

The costume contest will begin at 1 p.m on Oct. 31. Participants in the Parade of Costumes will be judged on originality, personality, theme and creativity. The winners will be announced following the parade.

“Bride” Chunk, a mastiff, allows owner Susan Jovino to adjust her veil as she prepares for Halloween visits around the MUSC Children’s Hospital. Not pictured is “groom,” Jack, a papillon.

Participants should meet in front of the gift shop no later than 12:45 p.m., in order to receive their assigned numbers and be briefed on the Parade of Costumes.
