Family Connection to hold its annual conference Family Connection of South Carolina will hold its seventh annual conference, “Of Hopes and Dreams,” on March 24, 2001, at Fort Jackson Community Activities Center in Columbia.  The conference is for parents and professionals who care for children with special needs.
