SC Vocational Rehab opens MUSC site The South Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation (SCVR) department enables eligible South Carolinians with disabilities to prepare, achieve and maintain competitive employment. The program provides counseling and guidance, job coaching and placement, transportation assistance and  job retention services for clients.   Located at MUSC's Clinical Science building, SCVR counselors are able to meet and visit patients and staff throughout the medical center, Charleston Memorial, McClennan-Banks and the VA Hospital.   Counselors are also available to make presentations to staffs to help identify potential clients who may benefit from their services.    Services performed by agency personnel are at no cost to the client.
