Pet peeve: Those who think they can pass everybody waiting patiently in line to get on Cooper River Bridge.

Worst habit: Knuckle cracking.

New Year’s resolution: None—can’t break any that way.

What do you find most rewarding about your job? Teaching users things they didn’t know they could do on their PC’s.

What is your biggest personal challenge? 15 pounds.
