Family: Wife, Carolyn; daughter, Laurie and son Brian, 3 grandchildren and one on the way.

Favorite room in your house: The study room—it has all my toys.

Favorite food: Seafood.

Favorite dish to cook: Chicken Bog.

Least favorite chore: Get painting done around the house.

Fondest childhood memory: Growing up in a small town. It was beautiful!

Pet peeve: Smoking.

Activities that you do in your free time: Hunting.

Hobbies: Aquariums and trains.

Biggest challenge at work: Overcoming the limitations caused by scarce resources.

Place you want to visit: Scotland. I went there with the Navy and I want to go back.

If you could trade places with someone for a day, who would you be? My father: he was a professional fishing guide.

Something people don’t know about you: I served in the Navy for 20 years in submarines.
