Employees can update parking information

February is parking information update month for employees who hold non-expiring decals for day-time parking in E lot (PGII at 91 President Street). All E lot decal holders are required to update their vehicle and personal records with Parking Management during this time. 

Employees who participate in the after-hours parking program in PGII are not included in this update. Hangtags  for the after-hours parking program are issued annually during the month of September.

Parkers who complete their update process during the first two weeks of February (Feb. 1-15) will be eligible to win one month’s parking in the reserved area of the first floor of the garage. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to be one of 12 winners. 

To make updating information as easy and convenient as possible, Parking Management has created a new Web page.  Parkers may make changes to their personal and vehicular information by going to the Parking Web Page <http://www.musc.edu/parking> and following the instructions. Except in cases where a previously-unregistered vehicle is being added to the system, the process can be handled without having to go to the parking office. 

This opportunity is being offered only to E lot parkers initially, but it and other on-line services will be offered to all parkers in the next few months.

Parkers who prefer to complete their updates in person may do so between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. For more information, call the Office of Parking Management at 792-3665.
