What do you find most rewarding about your job? Telling a patient that he can come in for a transplant, that we have found a match for him.

Organizations you belong to: American Association of Critical Care Nurses and the North American Transplant Coordinators Organization.

What is your biggest personal challenge? To try and maintain a healthy balance between my life roles.

Accomplishment you are most proud of: Being honored for outstanding contributions to enhance the quality of life for residents of a Washington, DC community.

Funniest thing you have seen on the job: When two of my co-workers and I showed up to work dressed alike…. It was so funny!
