What is your biggest challenge: Waste pickup on Sabin Street. The congestion is awful.

What do you find most rewarding about your job? I love my job. Especially the  end-of-the-year results; the numbers are satisfying. It is such a success to turn trash into treasure.

Organizations you belong to: Carolina Recycling Association; Clemson Extension Master Waste Educators; National Recycling Association; and The Sierra Club.

Worst thing you have seen on the job: Someone put a small dog in one of our recycling dumpsters.

Dream vacation: Germany. I'd like to go see a friend.

Something people don't know about you:I play softball on my church team.
