OES training sessions scheduled for April As a service to Medical University staff, the Office of Enrollment Services (OES) began offering the following training sessions in January. These are voluntary training sessions for student services employees interested in learning how to utilize the many helpful features of the latest version of Colleague, the university's student database, as well as other resources provided by OES.    Learn about the following: Address Maintenance: Adding, changing, and removing student address information in Colleague 16; eliminates the need for individual student databases (60 minutes) Roster and Transcript Processing: Printing class rosters and unofficial transcripts for use by program faculty and staff (60 minutes) Section Activation: Activating and updating sections for upcoming semesters including faculty, method of instruction, and meeting schedules; great time for a questions and answers (90 minutes) Student Information Inquiry: Finding student information quickly using Colleague 16 including address information, transcript, individual student schedules, and class rosters; eliminates the need for hard copies in files, etc (60 minutes)   These sessions have a maximum capacity of seven participants.
