Favorite music: Afro-Cuban.

Favorite room in the house: The screened-in back porch.

Least favorite chore: Ironing.

Personality trait that you admire in others: Warmth.

Whom do you admire: My parents.

How do you stay fit: I walk and lift small weights.

What is your biggest challenge: Being the parent of a teenager.

Most rewarding thing about your job: I love to problem-solve and in this job I get plenty of opportunities to resolve issues.

Special place in the world to you: My goal is to visit Haifa, Israel.

If you suddenly had a free day, what would you do: I would work in my yard. I'm not particularly good at it, but I love it. It's the best stress relief for me.

Something people don't know about you: I used to be a news reporter.
