City you were born: Frederick, Md.

Family: Husband, Eric; children, Eric Jr., 10, and Kaylee, 7; our boxer/lab mix puppy, Zebeau.

Favorite book or reading material: The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.

Least favorite chore: Cleaning up after everyone.

Ingredient you must have in your refrigerator: Milk.

Fondest childhood memory: Summers at my grandma's house in the mountains of West Virginia.

Pet peeve: If you say you are going to do something, mean it.

Hobbies, activities in your free time: Free time, what's that?

Most rewarding thing about your job: I love the interaction with the people (co-workers) around campus, we get a lot accomplished together.

If you suddenly had a free day, what would you do: Spend it with my children doing something we wouldn't ordinarily do.

Best advice you've ever received: My grandmother used to say “Never go to bed mad.”
