Department: Human Resources Management.

How long at MUSC: 14 years.

Family: Daughter, Shaquana Randall, and granddaughter, Jaiden.

Favorite TV show: Law & Order: SVU.

Least favorite chore: Cooking. I'd rather eat out.

One ingredient you must have in your refrigerator: Juice.

Nickname growing up: Ona.

Favorite local Charleston landmark: Angel Oak Tree on Johns Island.

Bad habit: When house cleaning, I would start in one room and before you know it, every room is disrupted.

Hobbies: Reading and taking leisure walks.

What is my biggest challenge at work: Ensuring that all benefit paperwork is processed in a timely manner.

Most rewarding part about your job: Being able to assist employees with their benefits.

One piece of benefits advice you would like to share with MUSC employees: Keep in mind that you have a 31-day time frame when making changes to your benefits, if you have a qualifying event.

Best advice you have received and who gave it to you: My mother told me to always treat others with respect.
