Rehab Week beginning Sept. 14
The Activity Therapy Department on the
Rehabilitation Unit will be hosting festivities to celebrate Rehab Week
Sept. 14 to 21.
At 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 16, come join MUSC therapists, staff, patients and members of Achieving Wheelchair Equality (AWE) at Hampton Park. Participants can push their wheelchair, walk, roller blade or help a friend/family member participate.
From 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 17, Ben & Jerryâs ice cream cones will be for sale in the horseshoe for $2. Proceeds will help purchase equipment for the therapeutic garden area used by patients on the Rehabilitation Unit. Elton Cross, a comedian, will be present to entertain.
