Procurement sets deadlines for major purchase requests The following are dates for the 2001 Board of Trustees' Meetings and the cut off dates for Requisitions for Major Purchase requests along with all applicable documentation. The information needs  to  be submitted to Procurement based on the Board of Trustees' meeting dates and the time line review process requirements. The following are cut off dates for documents to be received in Procurement for major purchases: Feb. 19, March 22, June 15, Aug. 10, and Oct. 12.
