Survey regarding workplace violence The workplace violence prevention committee is conducting a survey to assess the level of safety that is felt among the MUSC community. This committee was established two years ago as a proactive measure to address workplace violence. All sectors of the institution are represented on this committee. Please take a moment to complete the survey and fax (792-6607) or return by campus mail to University Risk Management (URM), 36 Bennett Street, P.O. Box 250184.  Surveys need to be received by URM no later than March 2. The survey may also be completed on the Web site: go to the MUSC home page and click on the “red button” or <http://www.musc.edu/publicsafety/campus_safety_and_security_surve.htm> .  The committee will follow-up with work-site surveys.
