Watch for new tips every week.   System/Program: Hermit/Sebastian access through HRStream—the HR/Payroll System While attempting to log in to the HR/Payroll system, should you encounter an error which reads: “SmartStream was unable to connect to: Database DBSctlg on Server <server_name> for User <login_name>” you may not need to contact the helpdesk. This message usually indicates a mistyped password. As your login and password are case sensitive, check your capslock key and try logging on again.
