When patients and families become educationally aware of their disease and devise a manageable treatment plan. What is your biggest personal challenge? To get more caring people involved in the nursing profession. Accomplishment that has given you great satisfaction: Recognition by my peers as nurse of the year. What do you do in your free time: I jog at 5 am every morning, and I read 1 - 2 hours every night.
