Open enrollment set for Oct. 1 - 31MUSC employees have the opportunity to make changes or add to their health and dental plans during the annual open enrollment, Oct. 1 - 31.All Medical Center staff members are encouraged to attend the briefings which will be held from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Oct. 3 and Oct. 12 in 2W Amphitheater. The Medical University Benefits Fair is held today, Friday, Sept. 28 from 8:30 to 3:30 p.m. in the Wellness Center gym. The Medical Center Employees fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 3p.m.
Oct. 18 in room 107 of the Administration/Library Building.
Active employees must enroll or re-enroll in spending accounts during the enrollment period if they plan to participate in the program in 2002. Enroll in, cancel, or add or drop dependents from the State Dental Plan Enroll yourself and any eligible dependents in the new Dental Plus benefit if you are enrolled in the State Dental Plan. Current Optional Life subscribers can increase their coverage by $10,000 without providing medical evidence of good health. Employees not currently participating in the Optional Life program can enroll for $10,000 without providing medical evidence of good health. Spouses not currently enrolled in the Dependent Life program can enroll for $10,000 without providing medical evidence of good health. Spouses enrolled in Dependent Life for $10,000 may increase their coverage to $20,000 without providing medical evidence of good health. A child(ren) not currently enrolled in the Dependent Life program can enroll for $10,000 without providing medical evidence of good health.
