Ingredient you must have in your refrigerator: Feta cheese. Least favorite chore: Gardening. Fondest childhood memory: Riding bikes and playing sandlot baseball with friends. Plans for the future: Complete the restoration of a house downtown and then never do it again. Your favorite way to unwind after a long day: Take a long, leisurely stroll through downtown Charleston. Biggest challenge: Living to 100. One thing you would change about yourself: At times, I would like to be more spontaneous and less thoughtful. Memorable or latest trip: A visit to Cuba on a Russian ship. Personality trait you admire in others: Being direct with no hidden agendas.
