Computer Tip of the WeekDid you know...that your e-mail will not be in your GroupWise mailbox or cabinet forever? The current policy for the GroupWise e-mail system is that e-mail (which includes Inbox, Outbox, Calendar items, and anything in personal folders) can be kept for six months and trash can be kept for 30 days.Those users that need to maintain e-mail longer than six months can use the archive function in GroupWise to automatically or manually archive messages to their home directories (the I:\Drive). There is no time limitation set on archived messages and therefore can
be kept indefinitely. You can find directions for archiving your e-mail
