Meet...AnneName: Anne Hantske.Department: Office of Vice President of Academic Affairs. How long at MUSC: 8 and 1/2 years. City you were born in: Gastonia, N.C. Family: Husband, Bill and daughter, Erin, who attends Wofford College. I also have two stepsons, Scott and Brett. Plus two cats, Sugar and Boots. He looks like he is wearing boots. Favorite Book: Any book written by John Grisham. Ingredient you must have in your refrigerator: Fruit. Least favorite chore to do: Cleaning the bathrooms. Fondest childhood memory: When my grandfather taught his 11 grandchildren to water-ski, including myself. Bad habit: My family says that I am too meticulous. Pet peeve: Rude drivers. Mentor/person you admire the most: Both of my grandmothers. I call them Mac and Grandmother. Hobbies, activities in your free time: Walk, garden and read. How do you stay fit: Aerobics class twice a week at my church. Your idea of a perfect vacation: Visiting London, for at least two weeks. Memorable or latest trip: A trip to Italy with my daughter's Latin class. We visited Rome, Venice and Florence. Something people don’t know about you: That I water-ski. Words of advice or favorite quote: To be sincere. Most rewarding thing about your job: The appreciation I receive for keeping the Space Data Base updated and in order.
