Name: James Grzech.

School: College of Nursing, first year in the masters in Family Nurse Practitioner program.

Where you were born: San Pedro, Calif.

Place you consider home: Michigan.

Favorite author: Hawthorne or Thoreau.

Favorite Web site: Medscape.

Favorite radio station: I listen to NPR or Latin and European music.

Favorite food: Mexican.

Day you would like to re-live: I’d like to be back on Lake Superior watching the Aurora Borealis.

Hobbies: Pencil drawing and kayaking.

What is your biggest challenge: Waiting to be activated (Army National Guard).

Something people don’t know about you: I have a twin brother.

Something that you are thankful for: The Grzech family adopted my brother and myself when we were 10.

Hispanic tradition that was handed down to you: Unfortunately, my mom disappeared  when I was young and I don’t remember anything. I have a desire to learn the Spanish language and to understand my heritage so that I can help my patients.
