See Emerald Shineby Lori UpshurEmerald Communications and Training Committee In the Pediatric Epidemiology Department, we had a chance to interview research analysts Linda Yeager and Melanie Floyd, and research administrator Myla Ebeling. Both Yeager, a 13-year MUSC veteran, and Floyd, who's been with the university 11 years, use Omnivision to review normal newborn charts and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Charts. They also use Patcom Plus to verify patient demographics. Eberling, who has been with MUSC 22 years, uses Patcom to research patient-based trend analyses. Do you remember a time when the Omnivision made a difference in your
practice?
If you could have any one enhancement to the EMR what would it be?
How would it help you perform your work?
