Department: Biomedical Engineering.

How long at MUSC: 14 years.

Pets: Dog, Pete, and a cat, Stupid.

Favorite TV show: Seinfeld.

Favorite reading: Green Eggs and Ham.

Favorite room in the house: My music room.

Favorite type of music: Praise, jazz and blues.

Ingredient you must have in your refrigerator: Ice cream, any kind.

Pet peeve: When I am in an elevator, the doors opens and people rush into it before I can exit.

Fondest childhood memory: Hunting with my father.

Memorable trip: After 25 years of marriage, my wife and I went on a marriage retreat at Hilton Head and renewed our wedding vows.

How do you stay fit: Tai Chi and riding my bike.

Most interesting job: Working for Lockheed as a missile tech.

Something I tried and will never do again: The Big Blue roller coaster at Six Flags.

Three things that mean a lot: God, family and playing music.

Something I want to do before I die: Offshore fishing in Australia.
