HRM announces brown bag lunch series beginning June 18

The University HRM Training Department  announces the 2003 Brown Bag Lunch Series. The Brown Bag Lunch seminars are free one-hour informational sessions on a variety of topics. 

All seminars are presented from 12 to 1 p.m. on Wednesdays in room 107 of the Administration/Library Building. Participants are encouraged to bring a lunch. All seminars are free and registration is not required.

Learn the secret to having a beautiful lawn and other topics including irrigation systems and what to expect from lawn contractors. You’ll be ready to enhance your home’s curb appeal after hearing from MUSC’s resident expert.

Relaxation Techniques

Relaxation, sometimes it’s easier said than done! Discover what relaxation is, what it does for the Body, Mind and Spirit and learn how to get started. You will also practice some relaxation techniques that can be used at work and at home. A wake-up call will be provided for those who really “Get Into It.”
