Meet...Russell

Name: Russell Lake.

Year and school: First year College of Medicine. I also worked for two years in physiology/neuroscience.

Favorite TV show: Scrubs.

Favorite room in your house: TV/living room.

Items you must have in your refrigerator: Mountain Dew and Gatorade.

What do you like the most about Charleston: It’s not too big, but not too small.

Least favorite chore: Washing dishes.

Fond childhood memory: Spending every Friday night at my grandparents’ house.

Bad habit: Procrastination.

Pet peeve: Lack of personal responsibility.

Plans for the future: After graduating from school, I want to serve in the U.S. Army Medical Corps.

Person you admire the most: My brother, Capt. Bryan Lake, U.S. Army.

What do you do in your free time: Bike (mountain/road).

Most rewarding thing about school or work: The potential to help others at critical times in their lives.

If you suddenly had a free day, what would you do: Sleep late, then jump on a bike, and then to the La-Z-Boy.

Something people don’t know about you: I like to design Web pages.

Words of advice: Don’t sweat the small stuff.
