Meet...ElenaName: Elena Bell.Department: Ambulatory Care Social Work/Hollings Cancer Center clinics. How long at MUSC: 3 years, but I put in 12 years before. City you were born: Brooklyn, New York. Family: Husband, Alex, who teaches at Trident Technical College, and our 18-year-old son. Currently reading: The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enrichment by Eckhart Tolle. Favorite section of a newspaper: The food section—I love to cook. Least favorite chore: Cleaning house. Anybody want the job? Fond childhood memory: Jumping over a brook in Brooklyn Botanical Gardens with cherry blossoms all around with my parents and sisters. Biggest challenge at work: Finding resources (money and services) to help cancer patients and their families. Cancer is an expensive disease, even if you have health insurance. There's not a lot of help out there. Something people don't know about you: I have a twin sister who lives in California. We have a very special bond. How do you stay fit:
