Seminar on changes to Fair Labor Standards Act to be discussed June 17 On June 17, George Jusino, federal investigator with the Department of Labor, will present a seminar on the recent regulator changes to the Fair Labor Standards Act. The seminar will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. in Baruch Auditorium. Additionally, he will cover topics on record-keeping requirements, meal and break periods, definition of hours worked and other compliance issues.  On Aug. 23 the Department of Labor’s Fair Pay Overtime rules become effective.
