HSF calls for teaching award nominationsIn 1995 the Health Sciences Foundation established a series of universitywide teaching awards. This awards program provides an opportunity to honor MUSC’s outstanding teachers, and reflects the institution’s strong commitment to its educational mission. Up to three awards will be given annually.Nominations may be made in each of the following categories: Educator-Mentor, Educator-Lecturer, and Developing Teacher. Nominees will be invited to submit supporting materials and a committee of faculty and students representing MUSC’s six colleges, Library Sciences and Informatics, and the Student Government Association will review the nominations and select the recipients for this year’s awards. Nominations may be submitted at http://www.itlab.musc.edu/nomination/. If you would like to nominate someone, note that nomination forms must be received in the Office of the Associate Provost for Education and Student Life (135 Cannon Street, Suite 101) no later than 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 25. Nominees will be notified of their nomination, and the required supporting
