“Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working
together is success.” These words of John C. Maxwell describe both the
importance and the benefits of teamwork. In this session, you will
participate in a series of exercises designed to teach specific team
skills. In addition to leaning about team leadership traits, you will
also learn to identify the different types of teams, and what makes
them excel…as well as what to do when they bog down.
Customer
Service I
In this introductory seminar, you will learn why exceptional customer
service is so important in today’s competitive environment. You will
discuss five key service attributes that all customers, internal and
external, want and need.
Dealing
with the Difficult Customers
This session begins with participants “painting” MUSC Medical Center’s
customers…who are they and how would you describe them? You will then
discuss the three colliding worlds of service and the importance of
perceptions and first impressions in providing exceptional customer
service. You will learn the four critical steps in any service
interaction and how to optimize them with your customers.
Communication
In this seminar participants will learn a range of conflict management
strategies and how to utilize each one.
