Christa McCullough—the first teacher in space who died in the
Challenger crash. What an amazing woman to even consider the journey in
the first place.
Biggest challenge: My weight.
Dream vacation: Ireland.
If you could trade places with someone
for a day, who would you be: Condolezza Rice.
Most rewarding thing about work:
When you walk into a child’s room and they smile at you because they
recognize you.
What did you want to be when you were
little: A teacher.
If I were the U.S. president for a day,
I would: Stop sending funds outside the U.S.
