YES Campaign needs you
Last
year, 13 percent of employees of the MUSC family contributed to the
Yearly Employee Support (YES) Campaign, and it proved to be an
extremely successful campaign for the Medical University. The YES
Campaign remains the only internal fundraising drive in which employees
make donations to MUSC’s Health Sciences Foundation. The foundation
consists of more than 600 funds that support education, research,
patient care and other programs at the Medical University. Your gift,
when combined with the gifts of your fellow employees, makes a dramatic
impact in the lives of so many here on this campus, in our community,
throughout South Carolina and beyond.
Here are some examples of where your gifts make a difference:
scholarships; medical research programs; hospital support; memorial
funds; equipment/facility upgrades; building renovations; community
health programs; and patient education programs.
The theme for the 2006 YES Campaign is “Spring into Action.” Spring is
a time for growth and vitality, and we certainly see those
characteristics here at the Medical University. Through the YES
Campaign, employees have the opportunity to help MUSC continue to grow
and thrive.
This year our goal for the 2006 YES Campaign is $310,000. Please give
this campaign careful consideration and make a gift as large as you can
reasonably afford. We are confident that, with a small gift from each
of our employees, we can reach and perhaps exceed this goal.
Thank you for your continued support of MUSC and its mission. As
employees of this wonderful institution we can all take great pride in
the services we provide to others.
