Health expo to be held Jan. 18 It's time again for the annual MUSC Health & Wellness Expo. This year's expo will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Jan. 18 in the Harper Student Wellness Center gymnasium. The expo serves the MUSC community (students, faculty and staff of MUSC, MUHA, and UMA), as well as the Charleston community. This year, the employees of the Piggly Wiggly corporate office is welcome as well.   As in years past, all MUSC departments are invited to take part in this event by occupying a booth to provide information on your department's services, and if possible, a health screening that pertains to your department's services (e.g. Heart and Vascular Center providing blood pressure screening). In addition to the 2007 MUSC Health & Wellness Expo, Piggly Wiggly will be hosting a health fair at its distribution center in Jedburg (just outside of Summerville) the following week (Jan. 24). The deadline to reserve a booth is today, Jan. 5. Health 1st is the MUSC employee wellness program.
