Ashley W. Primus.

and year: Medicine, first year.
Hidden talents: Writing poetry.
Pet peeve: Whining.
First thing you notice about people: Facial
expression.
What led you to choose medicine as a
career: My childhood was filled with years of watching my
parents battle sickness.
What brought you to MUSC: I fell
in love with MUSC after my mother received a transplant here seven
years ago. From that point on, I knew this was where I wanted to be.
Ingredient you must have in your
refrigerator: Ketchup.
Biggest challenge: Procrastination.
Three things that best describe you: God-fearing,
determined, and down-to-earth.
If you suddenly had a free day, what
would you do: Spend time with my family.
Something people don’t know about you:
I am a preacher’s daughter.
Historical event you would like to
witness: The American colonists throwing tea into the Boston
Harbor in protest of the British tax in 1773.
Accomplishment of which you are most
proud of: Being in medical school.
