Meet...Kristin

Name: Kristin Cochran.

Department: The South Carolina Area Health Education Consortium (South Carolina AHEC), and I am in my first year of the Executive Master in Health Administration program, College of Health Professions.

First job: Lifeguard.

Role model: My grandfather.

Most embarrassing moment: I wasn’t paying attention to what I was doing and fell off the stage during a performance.

What do you do on a rainy day: I love to sit on the porch and listen to the rain.

Favorite place in the world: I was an international business major but after everywhere I’ve been (and loved), home is still my favorite.

Best thing about living in Charleston: Everything; the people, the beaches, the great restaurants.

Favorite radio station: I can’t stay on one channel. I change it constantly.

Greatest moment in your life: My wedding day in my hometown (Natchez, Miss.) celebrating with family and friends.

Favorite quote: “It is only with the heart that one can see rightly. What is essential is invisible to the eye.”—Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.
