Name: Harika Pullagura.

How long have you been volunteering at MUSC: 3 months.

Hometown: Kadapa Andrha Pradesh, India.

Other community service: I will start volunteering in the Neurology Lab May 5.

What inspired you to volunteer: I wanted to do something constructive, meet people and get out of the house.

Three words that best describe you: Laughing, friendly and sincere.

Something that's always in your refrigerator: Chocolate and ice cream.

A talent you are proud of: I am a very fast learner.

A technological invention you couldn't live without: iPod.

Rewarding thing about volunteering: I meet new people and make friends.

Favorite family dish you can cook: Dosa (a dish from India) and various sweets.

Something people don't know about you: I like Shakespeare.

Words of advice: People should cherish the people who care about them and never take them for granted. I have great friends and people in my life who encourage me when I need it and inspire me to be better.
