Organ procurement survey needs input

Physician assistant students,
Michael Mostoller, Purvis Collier, and Alan Barrett, are working on their master's thesis titled "Uncloaking the Hindrances/Impediments to Organ Procurement."  As part of their thesis, the students are asking for help in completing a survey.

Do you want to help organ procurement?
Your participation in this survey is appreciated and will hopefully lead to increase provider awareness of factors that both assist and hinder the process of organ donation via inter/intra-agency training. Hopefully this in turn will lead to increasing numbers of successful organ donations at MUSC in the future.

If you are a health care provider and are directly involved in the process of communicating with the families of potential organ donors or organ procurement organizations (such as LifePoint), please comlete this survey

Mentors to the physician assistant students are Dr. Shaun Nguyen and Kevin Harmon.
