Dining Services features Brazilian cuisine in May

From May
3-7, MUSC Dining Services and Sodexo welcomes Chef Adriana Yunes
Caporossi, Brazil’s rising culinary star and Sodexo Global Chef,
who will share her passion and expertise in food to create tasty,
nutritious, high-quality meals to diners and inpatient guests
throughout the week.
Her visit is part of Sodexo’s new Global Chef program, which brings
executive chefs from around the world to give diners an international
culinary experience.
On May 3, Caporossi, who is director of culinary training with Sodexo
Brazil, will prepare some authentic Brazilian dishes from 11 a.m. to 2
p.m., World Cuisine station, University Hospital Cafeteria. She also
will work with At Your Request Room Service Dining Program staff to
offer Brazilian entrée choices for patients on May 4. On May 6,
Caporossi will prepare a culinary tasting for selected guests at the
College of Nursing.
