Edgar’s lecture is titled, “Responding to Health Care Crises in South Carolina: An Historical Perspective,” and is sponsored by MUSC’s Waring Library Society.

This lecture is open to the public. A members-only reception will follow at MUSC’s Wickliffe House.

The Waring Library Society is a “friends of the library” group founded in 1979 to promote interest in the history of the health sciences and support the mission of the Waring Historical Library at MUSC. Membership in the society is open to all.
