Faculty recognized by C3 for dedication

Creating Collaborative Care (C3) recognizes the following faculty for their involvement in teaching in the new IP 710 Transforming Healthcare for the Future and for directing an interprofessional elective during this academic year.

The IP 710 course was a required interprofessional course for all first year dental, medical and nursing students; some pharmacy and health professions students participated on an elective basis.  Faculty effort in the courses was in addition to their usual responsibilities.

“The students valued learning from these experts and the interprofessional learning environment they fostered,” said Amy Blue, Ph.D., C3 director. “MUSC serves as a national leader in interprofessional education and we thank our faculty for their commitment to this important educational initiative.”
