Meet...Sheri

Name: Sheri Zolner

Department: Human Resources Management

How long at MUSC: 18 years

Favorite TV show: “CSI”

First job: Lerners Department Store during high school

Role model: My dad; he was kind, loving and never met a stranger.

Most embarrassing moment: Walking into the men’s room by mistake; I was able to walk out without being seen and with my dignity.

First thing you notice about a person: The way they treat other people

Activity that never gets old: Walking on the beach

How would you spend a million dollars: I would help friends and family, donate to cancer and heart research in memory of my mom and dad, and open a non-kill shelter for homeless pets. If there was enough left over, I would buy a small beach house.

Dream vacation: Island-hopping in the Caribbean

Greatest moment in your life: Becoming a mother and then a grandmother

Favorite quote: “Work like you don’t need the money, dance like no one is watching, love like you’ve never been hurt.”
