The liver. It is one of the most challenging operations a surgeon can
perform with high risks of massive hemorrhage and other complications.
Due to its difficulty level, there is a great sense of satisfaction at
the end of the case for a job well done. More importantly, the patients
will undergo incredible transformation after a successful liver
transplantation. It is a priviledge to be part of that process, from
near death to living well.
Why did you choose
It offers the patients a chance for a new,
healthy life. It has a similar analogy to being born again.

I was rescued after nearly drowing in Lake Lanier
